Tallgrass Restoration welcomes Ron Adams to our staff as Vice President/General Manager of Operations and Human Resources. Ron will be focusing on the successful operation of Tallgrass Restoration and regularly reports on the organization’s progress to both the President and CEO. As Vice President/General Manager, Ron will provide leadership and guidance in the development of Tallgrass’ priorities and objectives supporting the operations team, project ecologists, human resources, and field crews.
Ron brings with him 14 years of experience with Vibrodynamics as Vice President of Operations. He lives in Western Springs, IL and has been married for 24 years with three sons.
After working for large corporations, Ron feels that it will be nice to be part of a smaller operation where you are involved from planning to installation, from customer service to stewardship. Ron will be spending time with the crews learning and observing ecological restoration activities to promote safety and efficiency for our clients' projects with a commitment to Tallgrass’ vision and mission of restoring our client’s land and water resources.
